What do clients do in sober living?
This is sober living, not treatment. The goal is to help our residents establish a healthy and sustainable routine built on a strong foundation of recovery. Residents are typically already working or preparing to go back to work. Most participate in PHP or IOP, as well as therapy and counseling.
The Cedar House provides a weekly menu of offerings peppered throughout the day that clients can choose to participate in. See a sample menu here. We also eat dinner together, go to meetings, and explore the city and surrounding area together.
